Jogos Europeus 2010Abadá Capoeira is very proud to invite you to the 12th European Championship of Abadá Capoeira (named as "Jogos Europeus ") which will take place on 2, 3, 4 and 5 of April 2010 (Easter Weekend) in Salzburg, Austria. After the successful event last year it is the second time that the championship will take place in Salzburg. The annual European Enconters are a long-standing tradition which started more than 15 years ago in Salzburg with the first European Encounter of Abadá Capoeira. This event will offer you a variety of Capoeira, dance and music workshops for all levels, Capoeira competitions and an amazing opportunity to meet Capoeiristas from all over Europe and Brazil. Besides these various workshops and competitions, we provide you with a brazilian party (“Noite do Brasil”) and an “Aulão” at the centre of Salzburg. Mestre Camisa, Mestranda Edna, Mestrando Peixe Cru and Mestrando Apache already confirmed their participation. The finals of the 12th Jogos Europeus will take place on Sunday, 4th of April 2010 at 8 p.m (entry at 7 p.m) at the Sporthalle Alpenstraße expecting the best european Capoeirista, who will compete under the watchful eye of a professional jury especially invited from Brazil. We are really looking forward to meet you this April in Salzburg. Your participation will not only make the event even more competitive but also more special, fun and enjoyable.?
